Pet Training Business Permit �� NYC311

You need a Small Animal Training Establishment Permit to provide animal training services.

Fees

If you apply between:

January 1 and June 30, the fee is $70
July 1 and December 31, the fee is $35

The renewal fee is $70 per year.

Expiration Date

The permit expires each year on December 31.

Renew Online

You can renew through DOHMH’s license and permit portal. You need to have an account and a Personal Identification Number (PIN).

Renew by Mail

Several weeks before your permit expires, the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (DOHMH) will mail you a renewal package. Follow the directions on the renewal notice to renew by mail.
