LinkNYC kiosks provide public Wi-Fi to New Yorkers, small businesses, and visitors in all five boroughs.

Each Link provides free Wi-Fi, phone calls, and device charging. You can also use a tablet to access city services, maps, and directions.

Web Browsing Removed

The web browsing function was removed from all LinkNYC kiosks in order to curb excessive, long-term, and inappropriate use of the kiosks.

LinkNYC kiosks continue to provide all other services, including Wi-Fi.

LinkNYC kiosks do not provide caller ID information for call back purposes.

You can report a problem with a LinkNYC kiosk.

What You Can Report

Broken touchscreen or buttons
Damaged or defective kiosks
Dirty conditions or graffiti
Sidewalk blocked
Wi-Fi slow or not working

What You Can't Report

The Office of Technology and Innovation doesn't accept reports of homeless activity at a kiosk. You can request assistance for people living on the streets on the Homeless Assistance page.

What You Need

To report a problem with a Link, you need to provide the kiosk's location or ID number (e.g. BK-08-146008). You can find the ID number under the kiosk's keypad.
