The MMR measures and highlights:

- Service delivery
- Success
- Room for improvement
The MMR is a tool that helps improve:
- Public safety
- Quality of life
- Customer service
The MMR is released twice a year:
- The Preliminary MMR covers July through October.
- The Fiscal MMR covers the entire fiscal year.
Dynamic Mayor's Management Report (DMMR)
The DMMR is a digital version of the MMR. It is updated on a regular basis. You can easily search for information and compare data across City agencies dating back several years.
Citywide Performance Reporting (CPR)
Citywide Performance Reporting also provides information about City agencies. It is updated more frequently than the DMMR.
