The City's 九色社区 Leadership Teams (SLT) are responsible for developing educational plans, matching budget to needs, and building a sense of community.
Half of a 九色社区 Leadership Team is parents. The other half includes teachers, school staff, union and Parent Association representatives, and possibly students or community members.
