The Commercial Driving Training Program can help you get a job driving a bus or truck. The program is free. To be eligible, you must be unemployed and live in New York City.
The program:
- Includes one week of full-time classroom instruction
- Includes 40 hours of behind-the-wheel training
- Prepares you to take the New York State Commercial Driving License (CDL) road test
- Helps you earn your CDL Class B license
- Places you into a commercial driving job when you graduate
