The Workers' Bill of Rights is a guide to your rights at work under various City, State, and federal laws.

All employers in New York City must post the Know Your Rights at Work poster where their employees can easily see it.

By July 1, 2024, they must also give a copy to each employee. Employers must also make the poster available on any online platform it uses, such as a company intranet.

The multilingual poster tells workers they have rights and refers them to 311 or nyc.gov/workers to learn more.
